Export: live today. Category and transaction-level expenditure, consented by the client, recategorisable by the adviser, generated whenever you need it. Direct feeds: planned, starting with Voyant and Intelliflo. No modeller integration is live yet, and we won't claim one is. Full platform overview on the adviser page.
Why export-first, not integration-first
Every planning firm models somewhere different — Voyant here, CashCalc there, Truth at the firm two doors down — and most firms have no appetite to change modeller for the sake of a data source. So we built the data layer first and made its output portable: a clean, categorised expenditure picture that maps onto the expenditure screens of whatever you already run.
That order of operations also means the direct feeds, as they arrive, land on proven data. The export exists because advisers need the numbers today, not after an integration roadmap completes.
The export carries what the fact-find actually needs: expenditure grouped into high-level categories with drill-down to transaction level where consented, over whatever period you select — a full year by the first annual review. Advisers can recategorise before exporting, so the output matches how your firm models rather than how an algorithm guessed.
Tool by tool
Voyant Export live Direct feed planned
Voyant's expenditure basics and detailed expenditure screens take the earmarkIQ export's category groups directly — living expenses, housing, discretionary — with transaction detail available when a figure needs defending in the plan review. The direct Voyant feed is first on the development list. Migrating from the Moneyhub arrangement? See replacing the Moneyhub Voyant integration.
Plan With Phoebe Export live
Phoebe's conversational planning style leans on credible baseline expenditure. The export gives the adviser a real category baseline to anchor the discussion, replacing the "roughly what do you spend?" opener with actual figures.
CashCalc Export live
CashCalc's expenditure questionnaire is the classic client-completed form. The export replaces the client's recall with categorised reality — the adviser or paraplanner keys confirmed figures into the expenditure sections rather than chasing the client to finish the form.
FinCalc Export live
FinCalc firms typically maintain expenditure inside the fact-find. The export slots in as the evidence layer: real category totals to populate and, at review, refresh those fields with current data rather than last year's confirmed guesses.
Intelliflo Export live Direct feed planned
For firms running Intelliflo Office as the record of truth, the export gives paraplanners a categorised expenditure schedule for client records and reviews. An Intelliflo direct feed is planned alongside Voyant's.
Truth (Prestwood) Export live
Truth firms tend to be the most lifestyle-modelling-led of all — which makes them the most exposed to guesstimated expenditure. The export gives the "current lifestyle cost" line genuine evidence, with the year's lumpy spending included rather than smoothed away.
Modelling in something else — or in a spreadsheet your firm built a decade ago and trusts completely? The export is standard category and transaction data, so it works there too. Modeller-agnostic means exactly that.
How the data gets there
The flow: client connects their banks to earmarkIQ via Open Banking (read-only, through Finexer, an FCA-authorised provider) → the app categorises automatically → the client grants their adviser consented access at category or transaction level → the adviser reviews, recategorises if needed, and exports → the figures go into your modeller. When the direct feeds ship, the last step disappears; everything before it stays the same. The wider case for real data over questionnaires is in how advisers collect client expenditure data.
